A superb large evergreen shrub. Upright habit with multiple fragrant yellow flowers from autumn through winter. Great for solitary bees. Produces blue berries devoured by birds. Large prickly holly-like leaves. Plant in ordinary soil in sun or shade. Height 8ft spread 6ft.
