Medium-sized, almost black fruit with dark red flesh, crops in July & August. Wonderful rich cherry flavour, excellent for preserves, tarts, etc. Masses of white flowers in spring, loved by pollinators. Self-fertile. Grow in sun or shade in ordeinary soil. Height & spread 7-12ft [2.5m-4m]
